At 7:13 p.m., police responded to the 100 block of South 7th Street and located two adult men who had been shot, Newark Public Safety Director Fritz Fragé said. The victims were transported to a nearby hospital and are in stable condition, Fragé said
The shooting remains under investigation, Fragé said
